Refunds & Returns Policy 🐝

The Short & Sweet Version

  • You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind and tell us you want to return your Little Buzzlings

  • You then have another 14 days to send it back.

  • The box must be unused, in good condition, and include all items.

  • You’ll get a full refund once we receive the return.

  • You pay return postage if you’ve simply changed your mind.

  • If something is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll fix it or refund you and cover return postage.

  • Box contents can vary slightly, which is normal and not a fault.

Your legal rights under UK consumer law are always protected.

At Little Buzzlings, we want every delivery to create a buzz of excitement. That said, we know sometimes things don’t work out, so this policy explains your rights and our responsibilities clearly and fairly, in line with UK consumer law.

Your 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period 🐝

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind.

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your Little Buzzlings to let us know you’d like to return it.

  • You then have another 14 days to send the box back to us.

  • You do not need to give a reason for your return during this period.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Important Note on Personalisation

Each Little Buzzlings box includes a label with space for a child to write their own name.

  • The box is not personalised by us before dispatch.

  • Writing a name on the label after delivery does not affect your cooling‑off rights.

Your statutory rights remain fully intact.

Condition of Returned Boxes 🐝

To receive a full refund, we kindly ask that:

  • The Little Buzzlings box is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All contents supplied are included.

You may inspect the items as you would in a shop, but if the box or its contents show signs of use beyond this, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

What’s Inside the Box

Our Little Buzzlings boxes are designed to inspire creativity and play. Each box may contain a selection of items such as:

  • Colouring books or activity sheets

  • Stickers

  • Pencils or colouring tools

  • Fidget toys

  • Air‑dry clay

Please note:

  • Contents may vary between boxes

  • Images and descriptions on our website are illustrative

This variation does not affect your legal rights.

Return Postage Costs 🐝

  • For change‑of‑mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
